CareDoctor respects copyright law in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. Much of the data we present is drawn from public-domain U.S. government sources, and our original editorial text is licensed to us; we take copyright compliance seriously in both directions.

If you believe that copyrighted material you own has been used on our site without authorization, follow the steps below to file a DMCA claim. The fastest way to resolve an issue is to notify us at admin@gmcommerce.co with a brief outline of the claim and a link to the page containing the disputed material.

CareDoctor DMCA Claim Submission Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Claim Information

  • Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf. If the copyright is formally filed with the U.S. Copyright Office, include the copyright record number if applicable.
  • Your contact details: full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address at which we can reach you.
  • Description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed - be as specific as possible.
  • Location of the infringing material: the exact URL(s) on our site where it appears.
  • Statement of ownership: confirmation that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Step 2: Draft Your DMCA Notice

  • Good-faith belief statement: that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and authorization statement: that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Electronic signature: typing your full legal name at the end of the notice will complete the claim.

Step 3: Submit Your DMCA Claim

  • Email submission: send your completed notice to admin@gmcommerce.co.
  • Subject line: use "DMCA Claim - Copyright Infringement" so it is routed correctly.
  • Attachments: include any documentation that verifies your ownership, such as registration details or the original content.

Step 4: Await Confirmation and Response

  • Confirmation email: you will receive confirmation once your claim is received; please allow up to 3 business days.
  • Review timeline: our team will review the claim, and if the material is found to infringe, we will remove or restrict access to it within 10 business days.
